American Art Gallery Opened Its Doors in 1993

Willie and Ann Gilbert have many years experience in the art world. They have enjoyed serving the art community over 25 years.

The American Art Gallery LLC opened on Jan. 22, 1993 and is owned by Willie and Ann Gilbert. The gallery boasts more than 4,000 square feet in two levels and displays all types of art for your viewing pleasure. They offer fine arts and crafts, jewelry, sculpture, gourds and pottery.

Both Willie and Ann have been active in the downtown community since the very beginning of the Hot Springs arts renaissance.

Willie served as President of the Gallery Guide Association for 10 years. Each First Friday the gallery participates in the monthly downtown Gallery Walk. Be sure to stop in and ask Ann how many Gallery Walks she has HASN’T attended since they opened.

Subtract that from this month’s count of 348 and think about the time and effort she and Willie have put into their gallery and the arts community.

If you are looking for something unique and unusual in fine art, it can be found at the American Art Gallery, 724 Central Avenue in downtown Hot Springs.
