AR SherRanch Dinner

Dorothy Morris to be Honored at 23rd Annual Arkansas Children’s Award Dinner.
For 23 years, the Arkansas Children’s Award has been presented to outstanding Arkansans who have made
a significant difference in the lives of our state’s children. This year, the Arkansas Sheriffs’ Youth Ranches will
recognize Dorothy Morris for her tireless work on behalf of Arkansas children.

Morris has devoted her life to supporting the work of nonprofit organizations through the Morris
Foundation, which invests in nonprofit projects around the state and has encouraged millions of dollars in matching
gifts. Morris believes in a holistic approach to philanthropy with a strong focus on children and families.
Whether she is supporting organizations like the Youth Ranch; Thea Foundation; Arkansas School for
Mathematics, Sciences and Arts; or countless other worthy programs, Morris sees the value of investing in every
aspect of a child’s life. Please join us in honoring Dorothy Morris for her life’s work of supporting Arkansas
children.

The Ranches serve some of Arkansas’s most at-risk children, and as a private 501(c)3 nonprofit
organization, it is more than 90 percent privately funded. The Ranches provide all necessities associated with raising
a child including housing, food, clothing, proper medical care and educational expenses. But more importantly, they
raise boys and girls in a loving home as if they were their own children. The funds raised by this dinner ensure the
ASYR can continue this important mission.

Former Arkansas Governor Mike Beebe will make his 23rd appearance, serving as Master of Ceremonies.
A reception and silent auction will begin at 6:00 pm, and dinner program and live auction at 7:00 pm.
Tickets are now available, and additional sponsor opportunities with special recognition are also available.
For more information or to purchase tickets visit www.YouthRanches.com or contact Matt Cleveland at
matt@youthranches.com or 501-940-3440. Proceeds benefit the Arkansas Sheriffs’ Youth Ranches.
