Celebrate an Astounding 50th Anniversary for HS Concert Band

Jim Lloyd conducts the HSCB at its annual Memorial Day Concert.

The Hot Springs Concert Band proudly invites you to its 50th Anniversary Celebration Concert, recognizing half a century of musical excellence, local tradition, and shared history.

You’re invited on Sunday, October 12, 2025, at 3:00 pm in the Woodlands Auditorium in Hot Springs Village for an extraordinary event featuring special performances by two wonderful guest artists: Kallen Esperian and Dr. Craig Hamilton.

Relish the opportunity to see Dr. Craig Hamilton, the esteemed former principal conductor of the Hot Springs Concert Band and one of Arkansas’ leading music educators, return to the stage and lead selections that pay tribute to the band’s rich history. Dr. Hamilton’s leadership has made an indelible mark on the band, leaving a tremendous legacy to the band’s enduring 50-year heritage.

Adding even more star power, the concert will showcase the breathtaking vocals of Kallen Esperian. A winner of the Luciano Pavarotti International Voice Competition in her early twenties, Kallen has performed in every major opera house in the world. Known for her velvet tone and her exquisite vocal command, she has been paired with tenors such as Luciano Pavarotti, Placido Domingo, and Jose Carreras, and she toured the world as one of “The Three Sopranos.”

While tickets are still available, they can be purchased for $15 through www.hsvticketsales.com
