The AR Dept. of Agriculture’s Forestry Division will be hosting a giveaway of bare root seedlings at Garland County Library, on Friday, March 28. There is a limit of five seedlings per person. The event will be held from 11 AM – 1 PM at the Garland County Library, 1427 Malvern Avenue.
