Ornament Night at GCLibrary: A Festive Evening for All Ages

Visit with Santa and create your own ornaments at GC Library.

By Annie Gerber
Get ready to deck the halls and celebrate the season at the Garland County Library’s annual Ornament Night, happening Friday, December 12, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. This cheerful, family-friendly event invites the community to come together for an evening of creativity, holiday spirit, and fun—all completely free of charge.

During Ornament Night, participants of all ages can make a wide variety of festive ornaments to take home and hang on their trees. From classic designs to creative, handmade treasures, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

The library will provide all materials and supplies, so guests can simply show up and get crafting. Adding to the evening’s magic, Santa Claus himself will be on hand for photos, spreading joy and holiday cheer, so be sure to bring your best smiles and holiday spirit!

No registration is required to attend; simply drop in and join the fun. However, the library asks that large groups register in advance to ensure there are plenty of supplies and space for everyone.

Whether you’re looking to make new memories, enjoy a cozy night out with family and friends, or just get into the holiday spirit, Ornament Night at the Garland County Library is the perfect way to celebrate the season.

Visit the Library in person at 1427 Malvern Avenue in Hot Springs, or for information, visit www.gclibrary.com and follow the Library on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

Annie Gerber is the new Marketing Coordinator at the Garland County Library.
