Mid-America Science Museum will host its 24th Annual Taste of the Holidays on Thursday, November 20, from 6 – 9 PM. The event is presented by Ellis & Moore, CPAs, with additional support from Oaklawn Hot Springs and AAR Corp.

Taste of the Holidays serves as the museum’s primary annual fundraiser, with proceeds directly benefiting its science exhibits, educational programs, and STEM initiatives throughout the year. Guests will enjoy food and beverages from a variety of area restaurants, caterers, and distributors.

This year’s participating vendors include Carbliss, The Arlington Resort Hotel & Spa, Arkansas Beverage Sales, Inc., The Waters, O’Conner Distributing, Mainline Sports Bar, 19th Hole Wine & Spirits, La Hacienda, Higdon Square Café, Dining at NPC, Brina Thai & Pho Restaurant, The Vault, Copper Penny, J & S Italian Villa, The Mad Hatter Cakery, Capos Tacos, Sweet Dreams Bakery, Destiny’s Bakeshop, and Sweet Addiction Hot Springs, among others.

A silent auction will take place throughout the evening, featuring a range of donated items and experiences.

Highlights include a $500 Southern Airways flight credit, St. Louis Cardinals tickets, six general admission passes, and a gift basket from the Amazeum in Bentonville, a Ouachita Wax and Naturals gift basket, a Bricks & Minifigs birthday package, and a one-night stay at the Crescent Hotel in Eureka Springs. Additional items will be announced closer to the event.

“Each year, Taste of the Holidays feels like a celebration of both our mission and the community that sustains it,” said Diane LaFollette, CEO of Mid-America Science Museum. “It’s exciting to see local restaurants and businesses come together in support of science education. Their generosity helps us expand our exhibits, reach more students, and keep curiosity alive for families across the region.”

Tickets are $100/person or $800 for a table of six, available at midamericamuseum.org or by calling 501-767-3461.

Mid-America Science Museum is located at 500 Mid America Boulevard, Hot Springs, Arkansas. The museum will be closed during its regular hours from November 19 – 20 and reopen Friday, November 21, at noon.
