Volunteers Needed For the 34th Annual Hot Springs Documentary Film Festival

Join the team of dedicated volunteers at this year’s Hot Springs Documentary Film Festival (HSDFF), October 10 -18. They have a variety of roles available across the festival, including: theater attendants, airport transportation drivers, selling concessions and merchandise, VIP Lounge attendants, box office sales, and more! The volunteers are on 4-hour shifts.

In addition to being a part of a world-class film festival and interacting with a community of film lovers and filmmakers alike, HSDFF Volunteers also receive these great benefits:

  • Volunteer T-Shirt when you check in for your first shift
  • DAY PASS for one day of screenings (includes the party that night; excludes Opening and Closing Night Gala screenings) after volunteering for two 4-hour shifts
  • Invitation to Volunteer Appreciation Party

Important dates to note:

  • Volunteer Meet & Greet: Saturday, September 27 @ 3 PM (Venue TBD)
  • Volunteer Training: Sunday, Oct 3 @ 3 PM (Venue TBD)
  • Volunteer Venue Walkthrough: Thursday, October 9 @ 6 PM (Arlington Hotel)

As the longest-running documentary film festival in North America, the HSDFF could not succeed without its amazing corps of volunteers. Join now!
