Hot Springs Helens Launch 2024-25 Season

Ouachita Bar & Grill Owners Rob and Tiah Koller host a recent gathering of Helens.

One of four Arkansas chapters of the International Society of Helen Ropers (aka the “Roper Crawl,”), the Spa City Helens kicked off their 2024-25 season in late September with almost double the number of participants as last year.

Caftan-clad and wig-topped, over 20 women from Hot Springs, Russellville, Benton and North Little Rock took to the downtown sidewalks, making stops at the Arlington Hotel, the Promenade, Ouachita Bar & Grill, and Ohio Club.

The group brings together fans of the show “Three’s Company,” to pub crawl as Helen Roper look-a-likes. (Helen was the feisty landlady played by Audra Lindley.) The group meets monthly. This season’s upcoming events include entries into at least one parade, a pool party, a Christmas soiree, and multiple downtown crawls.

For more information, find their page on both Facebook and Instagram. There is no charge to join and the group is always ready for you to “come and knock” on their door!
