NPC Culinary Bootcamp 

Each of the four culinary sessions covers a certain type of dough making. 

Engage all of your senses in this Culinary Bootcamp. This four-course series begins May 11, 10 AM – 2 PM at National Park College, 101 College Dro. You will learn All About the Dough and will enjoy a hands-on team experience led by NPC’s Hospitality & Tourism Management instructor, Eve Victory.  

Each session will focus on a certain type of dough making and will include some introductory time in the classroom followed by a full-scale lab, where you will make your own batches of product to take home. Each lab will be held in a state-of-the-art teaching kitchen. Each class will complete with a teamwork exercise of prepping and sharing a delicious meal together.  

The series classes are “Pasta, Pasta, Pasta!,” “Scones, Curds & Breads Oh My!,” “Roll-in’ the Sweet & Savory Vibe,” and “Get Your Cream Puff Grove On.” Classes are priced individually. A discount is available if registering for all four classes. Registration fee for each class: $115. Hours: 4.00. CEUs 0.40
