Fall HomeFest Benefits Altrusa

Village True Value Home Center and the Village Voice newspaper have joined forces to create Fall HomeFest on Saturday, September 24, from 9 AM – 7 PM. The event will be held at 4650 N HWY 7 in the parking lot of Village True Value Home Center.

The theme is Celebrating Everything Local and offers free admission, 58 great places to shop, a unique Speaker Series, great food and drink, hourly door prizes, plus much more.

Add a $25,000 Putting Contest, Pet Adoptions, the REMAX/STATE FARM Jalapeno Eating Championships, and the Artfully Baked and Brewed Apple Pie Eating Contest, and you have a full day of family entertainment. Lots of free parking plus a free shuttle ride to the event courtesy of McCann AutoMart.

Patrons are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and spend the day. Free shuttle begins at 9 AM for the public.

The Entertainment Lineup features Mike and Chloe, Chrystal Chimes, Chorus, All-American Cheer Dancers, Jacob Flores, Bad Habit, Kenny Mann and Danger Zone, Erica Jones and the Brass Tacks, and the Back Beats.
