Joe and Amy Huskey bring comprehensive personalized fitness to Hot Springs Village, introducing Personalized Fitness 24/7 to the health and wellness service provider community. They excel in tailored fitness programs to clients of all ages, regardless of physical wellness levels. Together, their resumes boast an impressive 50+ years of practice in Medical Exercise and post rehabilitation fitness.

The Huskey’s, each Board-Certified Medical Exercise Trainers, own and run a location at 450 Broadway in Hot Springs. Personal Fitness 24/7 opens this Village location with the same client-driven focus. Members can train at any hour of the day, with staffed hours Monday through Friday and personal training by appointment.

The fitness packages extend personal training and post-rehab exercise with tailored individual programs to each member, and each is carefully adjusted based on needs assessments throughout training.

The Husky’s proudly introduce their daughter to the newly renovated facility, previously Village Fitness. Darrian Huskey recently graduated from UCA in Conway with a BA in Exercise Science and she also completes the Medical Exercise Certification this month.

Visit Personal Fitness 24/7 for your personal assessment and learn about goal-setting. The Huskey’s can show you how your goals become your reality.
