ACANSA to Host 5th Arts Festival in Little Rock

Look for outstanding dance, theater, music and visual art at this year’s ACANSA Festival, September 18-23

ACANSA is thrilled to announce the fifth annual Arts Festival, taking place September 18-23 at various locations all over Little Rock and North Little Rock. This year’s festival features the usual blend of world-class dance, theater, music, and visual art that ACANSA’s audiences have come to expect during its five years of existence.

“This year’s Festival is without a doubt our most ambitious to date,” said ACANSA Executive Director Dillon Hupp. “Names like Momix, Upright Citizen’s Brigade, and Steve Azar and the Kingsmen will wow our audiences, and with over 20 performances across a six-day period, there’s certainly something for everyone.”

Other headliners for this year’s Festival include Milkdrive, Chuchito Valdes, comedian Kevin James Doyle, and the Arkansas premier of the stage adaptation of “Warriors Don’t Cry.” A full lineup and tickets and passes can be found at acansa.org. Children 18 and under are admitted to all ACANSA Festival events free of charge. For more information, contact the ACANSA office at 501-663-2287 or admin@acansa.org.
