Ashley Campbell Carter received the Arts Ambassador Award at the 2025 Gala.
The Hot Springs Area Cultural Alliance’s (HSACA) The Gala: Art Nouveau was a dazzling success, transforming the Arlington Hotel Crystal Ballroom into an elegant celebration of creativity, community, and style. Guests arrived in red-carpet fashion for a night filled with live music, immersive art, couture, and luxury inspired by the flowing beauty of the Art Nouveau era.
One of the most meaningful moments of the night was the presentation of the Arts Ambassador Award to Ashley Campbell Carter, a founding board member of HSACA and committee chair for both Art Springs and The Gala.
The award is presented annually to an individual who embodies the organization’s mission: to celebrate, advocate, and promote the arts. Campbell Carter, co-owner of Statements Design for the Home, was honored for her longstanding dedication and leadership within the arts community.
“Ashley’s vision and dedication have been at the heart of HSACA since its founding,” said Whit Bishop, Executive Director of HSACA. “Her passion for bringing people together through art perfectly reflects what this organization stands for. Honoring her at The Gala was the perfect way to celebrate the creativity and collaboration that make Hot Springs such a special place for the arts.”
The evening featured an impressive lineup of performances, a runway show of original creations, and live visual artists creating works before the audience. The team from Systems Admin transformed the spaces through innovative use of light, projection, and laser effects.
Proceeds from the event support the Hot Springs Area Cultural Alliance and its ongoing efforts to promote and sustain the local arts community through year-round programming, including Arts & The Park, the city’s 10-day festival.
