Past Oaklawn Foundation Scholarship recipients. Registration ends Feb. 18. The 2025-26 Oaklawn Foundation Scholarship program offers scholarships, ranging from $3,000 to $5,000, for Garland County residents pursuing undergraduate or graduate studies at accredited institutions.
