Tarot and Astrology: Scorpio

The Major Arcana Tarot card associated with Scorpio is Death/Transformation.

By Michelle Crandell
People born between October 23 and November 21 have Scorpio, the Scorpion, as their Zodiac sign, and Death (Transformation), as their Major Arcana card. The Death card gives Scorpios tolerance, even fascination with aspects of life others wish to avoid. Lessons, challenges, and opportunities for Scorpios are indicated below.

October 23 to November 1: FIVE OF CUPS: Strong-willed, you pursue goals by exerting force over the environment and other people. You use charm and perseverance to get your way. Disappointment happens when your strategies backfire. Lowering expectations, letting go of grudges, and taking others into account are your lessons.

November 2 to 12: SIX OF CUPS: Being comfortable with the dark side of life makes you deep and often, profound. Gifted with insight, you see through illusions. Your lessons: Too much involvement with the Shadow brings depression. Lighten up. Find ways to bring happiness into your life. Use your insight in productive, positive ways.

November 13 to 22: SEVEN OF CUPS: You influence the transformation of others with insight and charm. Drawn to novel experiences, your example encourages others to explore new life pathways. Your lessons: Cultivate empathy and compassion. Be a positive influence. Spoiling yourself sensually can lead to self-indulgence and addiction.
