Career Internship Program at FLCHS

By Victoria Pike

The Fountain Lake Charter High School Internship program is hard at work within the Hot Springs community. As you have read before, I am a student in the Internship program, which gives me the chance to leave school to obtain on the job experience in the real world.

To share with everyone what we are doing, the internship team is working alongside the video team at Fountain Lake to construct a video that will showcase the Internship program and what it’s all about. In this video, we have gone to several different job locations to film several students in action.

If you would like to see what the Fountain Lake Internship Program is doing in our community, watch for the video later this month on the schools’ website www.flcobras.com or on the Official Fountain Lake School District Facebook page. Also, if you have a business in Hot Springs and think you could benefit from having an internship student or would like to give it a try, you can contact Sam Abaza at sabaza@flcobras.com.
