Welcoming 2019 in Hot Springs This New Year’s

We found a few ways to kick off the New Year the right way in Hot Springs with these local festivities.

The Avenue Restaurant of The Waters Hotel will be serving a 3-course meal on New Year’s Eve, for $50 per person, reservations must be made starting as early as 5PM. There will also be an after party starting at 10PM with live music, giveaways, and a champagne toast. For more information, call 501-625-3850, or visit theavenuehs.com.

The Arlington Hotel has a few different options for New Year’s this year; their classic Festival Party with live music and champagne for $45, featuring the Tragikly White Band. If you’re in for a fancier party, the Gala Dinner Dance in the Crystal Ballroom is just for you. It includes a 5-course gourmet dinner with wines and the Stardust Big Band for $185. You can also “party like it’s the end of the world” at the Apocalypse NYE inside the Hot Springs Central Theater. They will have live DJ’s, red carpets, and a light show, starting at 8 PM and with free champagne at midnight. Tickets are $15 dollars in advance or $20 at the door. Oaklawn Racing and Gaming is having the biggest party of the year, featuring live music in Silks Bar and Grill and Pop’s Lounge. The party opens at 6 PM and runs into the wee hours of the morning. For more information, visit oaklawn.com/gaming/new-years-eve-party.

At The Hot Springs Bathhouse Dinner Theatre there will be an extensive buffet, live entertainment, dancing, dessert, party favors, and of course, a classic champagne toast. Grateful Head Pizza and Beer Garden will be open on New Year’s Eve serving up a great variety of live music starting at 8:30 PM. For more information, find them on Facebook: Grateful Head Hot Springs.

The Porterhouse will be open on New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day, serving a special menu. For more information, call 501-321-8282.

Via Roma Italian Restaurant will also be open on New Year’s Eve, serving their regular menu and daily specials. To learn more, call 501-318-1516.

Angels in The Park will be closed on New Year’s Day, however, Angels on Central will be open from 3-9PM. Come out and party with your favorite food and beverages!
