Comedic Rapper Froggy Fresh Entertains at Spa-Con Opening

YouTube sensation, comedic rapper Froggy Fresh, will provide the entertainment for the opening ceremony
and concert for Spa-Con, the multi-genre comics and pop culture convention in Hot Springs on Friday,
September 21.

The show will begin at 7 p.m. in Horner Hall of the Hot Springs Convention Center. Spa-Con 3 will run
from September 21 through September 23.

Froggy will join legendary entertainers Butch (Eddie Munster) Patrick and actress Pam Grier as headliners
at the third annual convention, which annually draws more than 5,000 fans to the city. Froggy Fresh also
will participate in a panel discussion on “Becoming a YouTube Sensation.”

Froggy Fresh (formerly known as Krispy Kreme), is an American rapper who became known after
uploading “The Baddest,” a rap music video on YouTube that had 11 million views. He has more than
600,000 subscribers and 86 million views on YouTube.

The rapper has performed worldwide, including Salt Lake Comic Con and San Diego Comic-Con. He will
add Spa-Con to his North American Fall Tour.

His “Dunked On” video has more than 18 million views. The video features Froggy Fresh and Money
Maker Mike taking on the much taller and much more athletic “James,” who goes crying to his mother
when he gets dunked on.

“There is nothing too serious about Froggy Fresh. It’s just plain fun,” said Bill Solleder, marketing director
for Visit Hot Springs, which organizes Spa-Con in partnership with the Garland County Library.

Spa-Con, presented by Visit Hot Springs and the Garland County Library, will be held at the Hot Springs
Convention Center, with an array of activities that will include laser tag, an escape room, video games,
panel discussions, workshops, cosplay contests and interaction with the celebrity guests.

Weekend passes and VIP passes for Spa-Con 3 are on sale now at www.spa-con.org. For more information,
