Redferrin Headlining Arkadelphia Festival of the Arts

Country artist, Redferrin, will headline the Arkadelphia Festival of the Arts.

Nationally touring country artist Redferrin is headlining the 2024 Arkadelphia Festival of the Arts (AFOTA). Described as one of “Nashville’s most unorthodox and innovative new singer/songwriters,” Redferrin is climbing the charts with songs off his debut EP “Old No. 7.”

His song  “Jack & Diet Coke” has over 30 million global streams, and “Just Like Johnny” has 15 million streams and rising. Redferrin has spent 2024 promoting his EP and touring with Niko Moon and Billy Currington.

“We are so excited to have Redferrin headline this year’s festival,” Special Events Manager Halle Mann said. “He is an incredible talent who puts on an amazing show. We cannot wait to see him perform in downtown Arkadelphia on October 12!”

Past headliners include Tigirlily Gold, Dalton Dover, Drew Green, and Kylie Frey. As the festival continues to grow, AFOTA coordinators have found that it is becoming a hub for emerging national talent.

“We are so proud of our AFOTA alumni,” Mann said. “Last year, our 2023 headliner, Tigirlily Gold, left the festival to play The Today Show in New York City. It’s crazy to see how far AFOTA has come in such a short time, and we know this is just the beginning!”

In addition to nationally touring acts, regional favorites continue to grace the AFOTA stage. Arkansas Country Music Award-Winner’s Midnight South, Mae Estes, Cliff & Susan, and Blane Howard have performed at past AFOTAs, with Cliff & Susan debuting their first original album at the 2023 AFOTA.

“AFOTA is just one big party,” Mann said. “Our goal is to celebrate all types of art and artists, and Music Row is the perfect example of that. Our lineups feature various sounds and styles, with 2024 being our most diverse year yet.”

The 2024 Arkadelphia Festival of the Arts will be held in downtown Arkadelphia on October 11 and 12. There is no admission cost to attend AFOTA.
