Neighborhood Celebrate Community Efforts to Light Uptown

Park Avenue Community Association (PACA) and Light Uptown present Let Your Light Shine Uptown, celebrating the 10 newest light poles installed along Historic Park Avenue. Join your neighbors on Sunday, June 13, 2021, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at David F. Watkins Memorial Park (811 Park Avenue). Entertainment will be provided by Vinnie & the Vapors and Silvia Stems. Complimentary burgers and hot dogs will be served, and all donations will benefit the Light Uptown program.

Light Uptown is a fundraising program sponsoring the installation of 77 Central Park-themed street lights on Park Avenue, bringing the pedestrian-scale lighting of Central Avenue Historic District into Uptown.
