About the Covers in This Issue

This is the month of “covers” for The Springs Magazine. Back in May and June we promised to include our Mother’s and Father’s Day covers once we were in print again.

What better time than now to give a little present to all the great mom’s and dad’s that were our cover gals and guys? Please check out pages 6 and 7 in our December issue to once again salute these great parents.

For a list of the names and to check out the original covers, visit our digital issues: May – https://anyflip.com/kuez/btjb/; June – https://anyflip.com/kuez/ccyu/.

Speaking of covers, the cheerful watercolor gracing the cover of our December issue is titled “Elf” and its creator is local artist, Richard Stephens. Besides being a world-renowned watercolorist, Stephens has been our cover design and layout person for almost every cover since The Springs Magazine was first published.

We called on Stephens to check his archives for something to brighten the dark days of winter and we believe he found just the right fella. Special thanks to Stephens for the delightful elf and for always coming through with a great design with whatever artwork we hand him. If you’d like to see more of his work, visit www.raswatercolors.com.

With all that said, The Springs Magazine team would like to wish each and every one of our readers, advertisers, and contributors a very Happy & Prosperous New Year!! Due to your loyalty and support, 2021 will be our 29th anniversary!

It’s going to be interesting to see what the New Year holds for all of us!
