Tai Chi Classes Begin September 3 at Garvan Gardens

The Oaklawn Center on Aging is offering Tai Chi at Garvan Gardens beginning September 3, and ending October 29. It will be held weekly on Thursdays.

1:00-Beginner class

2:00-Advanced Short Staff Tai Chi.

Classes are free to Members or with paid daily admission. The class will meet on the great lawn. Loose, comfortable clothing and footwear are recommended. Masks are required for entry and in some garden areas.
